What This Looks Like:
You will be paired with a lead Solvent Group consultant, in addition to a team of writers and strategists backed by decades of nonprofit experience. The process can range from anywhere between 4-6 months, depending on the specific scope of work, and traditionally includes:
Initial meetings with the executive director and board chair
Internal review and analysis
Gathering extensive stakeholder feedback such as staff, board, volunteers, donors, partners, and community leaders
Summary of stakeholder feedback
Identification of key strategic direction topics and strategic plan focus areas
Facilitation of strategic direction and planning discussions
Creation of a new strategic plan
