Our Scope of Support Includes:
Donor giving analysis
Collateral development (case for support or fundraising brief)
Interviewee identification, review, and selection
Board survey
One-on-one stakeholder interviews (typically 10-30 depending on scope of project)
Local and regional campaign research
What This Looks Like:
You will be paired with a lead Solvent Group consultant, along with a team of writers and strategists backed by decades of fundraising experience. The process can range anywhere from 4 to 6 months, depending on the number of interviews. From case for support building, developing stakeholder lists and contact information, conducting the interviews, and compiling a final report, we will craft a timeline and cadence specific to your needs.
